Who we are
Lasgidi Baller is made by DOJ Entertainment and Education Limited, a company in Nigeria ("we", "us"). You can reach us at doj@lasgidiballer.app.
What we collect
- Game progress. Your player name, look, cash, street cred, heat and gear are saved in your own browser (local storage) so the game remembers you. If you choose to sign in with Google, a copy of this progress is also stored on our servers so you can continue on another phone. If you do not sign in, it stays on your device.
- Google sign-in (optional). If you sign in, Google tells us your name, your email address and a unique Google account ID. We never receive your Google password. We use a cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; it is needed for the sign-in to work and is not used for tracking. Our hosting and database provider is Cloudflare.
- Early-access sign-up. If you fill in the early-access form, we collect your Google account email, first name, WhatsApp number, phone model and Android version, and your city or country if you give it. The form is run through Google Forms, so Google also processes it.
- Nothing else. We do not currently use advertising, tracking or analytics tools, and we do not set tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Sign-up details are used only to choose testers for the Android game, add their email as a Google Play tester, and contact them (including by WhatsApp) about testing. Our basis for this is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
How long we keep it
Sign-up details are kept until the testing period ends, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is first. Game progress stays in your browser until you clear it. Account data (name, email, saved progress) is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Who sees it
Only our small team Google (as the form, Play Store and sign-in provider) and Cloudflare (our hosting and database provider). We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Age
This game is for people aged 18 and over. It contains crime themes and strong language.
Changes
When we add multiplayer, payments or ads, we will update this page first and tell you what changes.
